& CAMPAIGNS TRAINING
This workshop will give you the tool kit to run effective marketing
campaigns using your Gold-Vision system. You will understand
how to measure performance including activity management, appointment
creation and sales won as a result of follow-up campaign activities.
Focusing on Gold-Vision 2008 you will learn how to:
• Manage a Campaign from start to finish using Gold-Vision
• Create and manage your recipient lists
• Monitor activities created as part of your Campaign
run
• Analyse Campaign follow-up activity stage
• Use Word Mail Merge to create personalised mailings
• Measure the ROI of your Campaign
This workshop is aimed at Customer facing & Marketing focused
Gold-Vision users. Throughout the workshop you are encouraged
to put forward your ideas, ask any questions or bring up any
issues that you are hoping to resolve.

At the end of this workshop you will be able to set up events
and manage them using your Gold-Vision system. .

• Manage an Event or Conference from within your Gold-Vision
system
• Control booking information
• Create professional templates to send out to attendees
• Add price data to the Event or the individual Account
