Customer service and help-desk support

Support Activities can be dynamically monitored and easily viewed by team and activity type. Gold-Vision is not designed to be the most comprehensive helpdesk or call centre system, however, it can give you a complete customer picture and probably costs less than a dedicated helpdesk system on it's own!

Activities can be customised to deal with your requirements - manage Account Management programmes or customer query or complaint processes.
   
Gold-Vision activities can create "Ticket Numbers" for customer reference. Documents , notes, or relevant e-mails may be attached for you to get the full picture and create a knowledge base. Alerting and workflow functionality can give you the escalation procedures that your customers expect.
