Users see only what they are entitled to see. If you enable security,
control access by logical team or user structure. Furthermore, provide
role-based views for your users so that they only need to see aspects
that are relevant to them.
Create teams for logical Account grouping and access.
Users can belong to single or multiple groups. Create
logical hierarchies or matrix-management structures.
Select which Gold-Vision items you want each user or
team to view or edit.
Create views to Gold-Vision based on the team role -
as simple as "un-ticking" the Gold-Vision item
area.
