Gold-Vision doesn't just integrate with Outlook - it uses it! Many
CRM systems require you to move your users from their familiar Outlook
calendars to the CRM calendar system. The result is all too often
that the users fill in both - or don't keep your organisations system
up to date.
Account related appointments are visible in Gold-Vision
- and can now be analysed - e.g. how many meetings has
User X had with customer Y in the last 6 months?
Since we are using Outlook, appointment information
is portable through all standard devices (e.g. PDA, Phone
etc.)
All the powerful invitation and availability functionality
already available in Microsoft Exchange is utilised -
no change. Invite any Exchange or external Contacts to
meetings, not just the users of your CRM.
Meeting notes added, or changes made are visible in
Gold-Vision.
