Established in the UK for over 30 years, KUKA are justifiably proud
of their long-standing reputation for delivering flexible, value-engineered
solutions which add productivity and process improvements for almost
any application.
KUKA UK’s portfolio had grown significantly to incorporate
robots as well as systems which meant that the organisation of prospect
and customer records became paramount. They needed a system that
would effectively capture customer information, track leads and
measure the success of marketing programmes.
KUKA researched the CRM market and their UK Sales
Manager, Paul Richards had used a number of different CRM systems
so was: “aware of some of the synchronisation issues that
some CRM systems had and how systems will fall over.” Reliability
and ease of use were key factors and Gold-Vision stood out in this

Gold-Vision enabled KUKA UK to track sales enquiries and organise

to understand enquiry sources, to help to know customers, track
Outlook® emails, evaluate marketing campaigns, and forecast
by sales stage.
